RezOn Universal uses advanced technology at every stage — search, fare selection, booking and payment — with the focus on the cheapest and most convenient flight options and optimised search results.

Security gets special attention. RezOn Universal uses encrypted SSL connections and reliable communication lines with the Galileo global distribution system to protect clients' personal data and transactions. Card details are entered directly on the bank's page in line with payment card industry security standards. An extra authentication layer for the management system is available with Google Authenticator.

A number of Travelport products can be used together with RezOn Universal for even more successful sales on your website.

Flight search is powered by Travelport e-Pricing, an unrivalled tool for finding the cheapest fares worldwide. See all available fares in seconds, pick the best one and book immediately.

Integration with Travelport Galileo, the largest global distribution system, lets you track the current status of every order and see its history both in the admin area and in the client's personal account.

The client-facing interface supports 15 languages, and more can be added. The language is detected automatically by IP address, and users can easily switch the site language and the fare currency — very handy when entering new markets.

Smart detection of departure and arrival points suggests the right city even when it is misspelt — for example, typed in another language or keyboard layout. Search by IATA code is supported too, which air travel professionals use a lot.

Search results are clearer and easier to use. Rich sorting and filters make choosing simpler, and the information that affects a passenger's choice is always at hand — number and length of connections, warnings about overnight connections and airport changes, and the number of seats left at the selected fare.

Demanding clients can search with extra criteria — departure time window, airline, passenger types and cabin classes.

Several extra functions help find the lowest price. Most websites sell a round trip as one ticket using special indivisible fares, but sometimes two separate one-way tickets are much cheaper — often saving up to 33% per ticket.
To get the lowest total for several passenger types, such as an adult and a child, one order can contain several bookings at different fares.

A short summary of the selected option reduces mistakes and speeds up booking, while full route details are always one click away. An extended passenger data format is supported, and after booking the passenger can request changes to the passport details entered.

Clients often don't know yet how they will pay at the booking stage. You can offer up to 10 payment methods, including online payment, bank transfer by receipt and self-service terminals.

After booking, the client chooses which of the available payment systems to use — PrivatBank, Portmone.com, Raiffeisen Bank, Alfa-Bank or TAScombank. Air tickets can also be bought on credit from ForwardBank. The first package includes one payment gateway of your choice. A separate module in the management system tracks bank transactions for all connected gateways.

Offer fares that include extra services such as baggage, meals and drinks. Passengers choose airline service bundles themselves while booking. The service is offered automatically for airlines that have enabled branded fares in the Galileo GDS.

Website visitors manage their profile, contact details and saved preferences for extra on-board services, as well as their bookings — changing the payment method or quickly cancelling an order. In the Premium package the personal account works for both B2B and B2C users.

Clients sign in to their personal account with Facebook or Google — no new credentials to remember.

See which tickets and destinations are searched most and get answers to many other questions about how clients book online — a solid base for analytics and for increasing sales profitability.

Every version lets you change the look of the website — logo, colours and the layout of elements on each page. You can also create notification emails in your corporate style, with a separate template for each event.

The technical support system built into the back office lets agencies get answers to any question about their online project. Experienced specialists from several departments help solve any task quickly.

A full-featured service fee module lets the agency set markups and discounts based on many factors — destinations, airlines, site users, time, passenger type, fare source and more — to build a flexible pricing policy and offer attractive prices.

Set the payment deadline based on the order's creation date and time, fare rules and other parameters. A countdown on every page of the confirmed order and in notification emails keeps the client aware of the deadline. Once it passes, the tickets can no longer be paid for and issued automatically.

The statistics module holds detailed data on all air bookings, so the agency can analyse project performance in depth and adjust settings — for example, lowering the service fee or adding a special offer for popular destinations to increase revenue.

Fare rules are shown on the search results and booking screens to make choosing a flight easier. Rule categories are translated into every language the RezOn Universal interface supports.

If a passenger booked a fare without baggage and later decides to fly with it, they can always buy extra baggage from the airline.

A wide range of settings controls which offers appear on the site. Block specific carriers or flight combinations, or add allow rules so only selected combinations or airlines are shown. You can also limit the number of connections, the maximum connection time or airport changes at transfer points.
Once the client has paid the full order amount on the website, e-tickets can be issued automatically. Passengers receive an itinerary receipt with ticket numbers by email and can print documents from their personal account. Auto-ticketing saves the agency a lot of time, and full modules for carrier commissions and ticketing rules keep you compliant with every airline's requirements.

With many site users, the agency can group accounts and set the best fees or discounts for each group. It is also handy when a partner company's employees book regularly — all their orders are tracked by company in the statistics.

Automate reporting with direct access to RezOn servers and import booking data straight into your internal accounting system via the API.
Sometimes two one-way tickets are much cheaper than a round-trip fare. This non-standard approach often saves up to 33% per ticket.
For destinations reachable by plane and by train, the search covers both. Train tickets can be two or three times cheaper.
Integration with Travelport Galileo lets you track every order's status and history in the admin area and in the client's personal account.
Book one or more tickets at the best price and pay later, according to the airline's rules.
Our consultants will help you choose the right package and answer any questions about connecting.
